Description

Theme:

This four-week programme will reflect on Wise View, Right Effort, Right Samadhi and Right Understanding. The Buddha describes the Noble Eightfold Path as a direct route to an unshakeable liberation of the heart - cultivated in the midst of our lives.

The intentions for the programme are:
• To offer an opportunity to reflect on this core teaching of the Buddha: each evening begins with a short reflection on the theme.
• To nurturing community: we will have short peer breakout groups in each session.
• To provide a curious, non-judgemental space: participants are encouraged raise questions about their path and practice.
Numbers on the programme are limited to cultivate a shared sense of sangha.
